BF-fried egg, 1 piece toast w/pnut butter and sugar free jelly, coffee
snack-apple w/pnut butter, then a little bit later yogurt
lunch- salad w/1 fried chicken finger, ginger ale
dinner- salad w/grilled chicken
John and I went to the park after dinner and played with the girls. I love this time of year!

Keep up the great work on eating good! I wish I could get motivated to eat healthy! Running is helping me. It's kind of like - if I run - I don't want to waste it by eating junk. Hopefully, I will starting eating better like you are.
Oh and yes, the weather is SOOOOO nice!! We had such a great weekend OUTSIDE.
