BF-2 pieces buttered toast w/sugar free jelly, coffee (same everyday)
Lunch-mac n cheese (very little amount)
dinner- bbq chicken, shells n cheese, ginger ale

I had stomach issues today.

I don't know if you've researched any of the online food journal sites but there are some pretty great ones that also help you calculate nutritional value (calories, fat, carbs, etc.). My best friend uses www.sparkpeople.com and www.dailyplate.com and she highly recommends both. Check 'em out!
