My crazy weekend in SC
Well, I go to mom's and get sick...again. So on Saturday I ate practically nothing but toast b/c my stomach was not well. Then on Sunday I felt better and I had more food but my bad food was pizza last night, which I was craving. NO MORE PIZZA unless I make it from scratch. I really don't eat pizza a lot but sometimes I crave it so bad. Why do we have bad cravings?!
Anyway, starting over this morning! I had toast w/jelly and a fried egg. I also had coffee w/Truvia and sugar free creamer (see...I'm improving...I didn't use sugar!). Truvia is SOOO much better than any other sweetner out there. It's the closest thing to sugar yet.
I can't go to the gym today, or tomorrow, or Wednesday. Today, I have a lot to do at the house and I need to go to the grocery store. Tomorrow I have playgroup at my house and Wednesday I am going to Austell to see my grandfather. It's gonna be one of those weeks I guess.
God will be with me as I make my choices this week. I will pray that I will make healthy choices and avoid the things that hinder me (laziness, chocolate, fried food, pizza).

good for you for trying to eat healthy. i wanna encourage you to try to get at least 30 grams of fiber a day. This will be difficult and make you need to eat different snacks. Lots of fruits and veggies, beans, and a few grains. start counting and see if you can get 30 in each day. fiber actually helps you not feel hungry as often and is so good for you. good luck!
Sweet Sarah! I admire you SOOOOO MUCH for blogging and being so honest! You are so brave and dedicated. I'm here supporting you 100%. You CAN do this because all things are possible through CHRIST who STRENGHTENS YOU! You can do this and you're going to get to that 10% by July!
Hey...want a fun snack idea? I'm eating 15 Chocolate Chips (Ghiradelli Semi-Sweet) and 15 Almonds. I pack them up in little zip lock bags and grab them and go. Perfect pick-me-up. Love it! Like a candy bar but a healthier cheaper version.
And I must try to find that sugar subsitute you mentioned. Hmmm...what was it called and where do you find it? I'm using Spendla but my coffee just isn't the same. I'm hoping one day to drop the sweetners all together. One day at a time.
