What I ate yesterday (I was too tired to blog last night)
Breakfast: english muffin w/peanut butter and cream cheese
coffee w/sugar and cream
Snack: granola bar
Lunch: small burger w/broccoli salad and low fat mac n cheese
Snack: vanilla wafers and milk
Snack: granola bar, chips
Dinner (didn't get it until 9:45): bowl of cereal
